THE REGION 12 UNITS WHO ATTENDED PASS in REVIEW RECEIVED THEM AT THE OFFICER'S CALL AT THE EVENT. THOSE UNITS NOT ATTENDING SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED THEM THROUGH THEIR RD. REGION 11 CADETS SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THEM THROUGH THEIR CO (VIA RD's & SRD). CADETS FROM OUT OF STATE UNITS SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THEM ALREADY BY MAIL. The U.S. Naval Sea Cadets is a non-profit youth development organization which provides youth from 11-18 years with opportunities to learn leadership and skills related to the traditions of maritime service. They learn through regular local trainings with community volunteers and service groups, by self-study U.S. Navy coursework, through trips to surrounding areas and summer training events held throughout the country or with cadets from other nations through our exchange program.
