If you wish to send a note for your cadet to receive at "Mailcall," you may send them an email through the following links. Depending on your email program, the links may or may not set up directly for a new message box; if not, just copy and paste in the address into a new message in your favorite email program. Either way, please put the CADET'S FIRST & LAST NAME as the email's SUBJECT. Email will be printed out and delivered to cadets about every other day, possibly more. Please keep a few pointers in mind when sending messages: 1). The emails will be printed out by staff cadets and given to Training Company staff for distribution to cadets. While we will not be reviewing all emails, we cannot guarantee privacy. If anything appears inappropriate, WE WILL NOT deliver it to the cadet. 2). Due to costs of printing, please do not send pictures. 3). Cadets will not be able to respond to messages with emails; they had stationary/stamps/envelopes on their seabag list for this purpose.
NOTE: We have gotten a number of emails that are only addressed by a first name or a "pet name." WE CANNOT DELIVER MOST OF THESE ! Please address all messages with the cadet's FULL NAME !
* * * For parents that have send messages wondering about their cadets getting emails, we have printed out and delivered over 900! emails since the start of training. As for you receiving letters from your cadets, they had stamps/paper/ envelopes on their seabag list, and they are given time to write, but are not forced to do so; that will be between you and your cadets after they get home * * *
