AS WE GET CLOSE TO GRADUATION, WE ARE SWAMPED WITH OTHER TASKS, SO NO EMAILS WILL BE PRINTED AND DELIVERED TO CADETS AFTER THOSE THAT ARE RECEIVED THURSDAY NOON (23rd).
WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PEOPLE WRITE MULTIPLE BRIEF EMAILS IN A SHORT TIME PERIOD (SOMETIMES A FEW MINUTES). THIS IS BOTH LABOR AND MATERIAL INTENSIVE AND WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THESE. wE CAN ONLY PRINT/DELIVER ONE EMAIL PER SENDER TO A CADET PER DAY.
IF YOU HAVE THE PREVIOUS EMAIL ADDRESSES WITHOUT THE "09" DO NOT USE THEM ANYMORE !
If you wish to send a note for your cadet to receive at "Mailcall," you may send them an email through the following links. Depending on your email program, the links may or may not set up directly for a new message box; if not, just copy and paste in the address into a new message in your favorite email program. Either way, please put the CADET'S FIRST & LAST NAME as the email's SUBJECT. Email will be printed out and delivered to cadets about every other day, possibly more. Please keep a few pointers in mind when sending messages: 1). The emails will be printed out by staff cadets and given to Training Company staff for distribution to cadets. While we will not be reviewing all emails, we cannot guarantee privacy. If anything appears inappropriate, WE WILL NOT deliver it to the cadet. 2). Due to costs of printing, please do not send pictures. 3). Cadets will not be able to respond to messages with emails; they had stationary/stamps/envelopes on their seabag list for this purpose.
NOTE: We have gotten a number of emails that are only addressed by a first name or a "pet name." WE CANNOT DELIVER MOST OF THESE ! Please address all messages with the cadet's FULL NAME !
